Video Buddy (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) helps users compress videos, convert videos into Live Photos, extract still images from Live Photos, and create motion wallpapers.

1. Information We Access

1.1 Photo Library and Media Files

With your permission, Video Buddy may access videos, Live Photos, and images you select from your device. These files are used only to provide the features you choose.

1.2 On-Device Processing

Video Buddy is designed to process selected media on your device. We do not upload your videos, Live Photos, images, or generated wallpapers to our servers.

1.3 App Usage and Diagnostics

We may collect limited, non-personal technical information such as app performance, crash logs, device type, app version, and feature usage to improve stability and user experience.

1.4 Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Save generated results to your device when you choose
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Manage access to paid features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information with service providers used for app analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, or customer support, only as needed to operate and improve the App.

4. Permissions

Video Buddy may request access to your Photo Library so you can select and save media. You can change permissions at any time in your device Settings.

5. Data Retention

Media files processed by the App remain on your device unless you choose to save, export, or delete them. Diagnostic and usage data, if collected, is retained only as long as needed for app improvement, security, legal, or business purposes.

• Disable Photo Library access in iOS Settings
• Stop using the App at any time
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Contact us to request privacy support

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users in the App.
